Complaints
Complaints are accepted within 7 days from the date the goods are received, as indicated in the courier delivery documents, and only if the product and packaging are in intact, saleable condition. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
If, for any reason, the goods are delivered to the customer with damaged packaging or for another justified reason, the replacement or return of the goods will be at our expense.
In accordance with statutory rights, upon return of the product, the refund will be processed within up to 30 (thirty) days from the date the product is returned.
