3. METHOD OF PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
Orders for Thai Coco products may be placed in the following ways:

, with or without registration;
By phone at +359 889 998 999 (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM);
From physical stores – products may be purchased from the Provider’s partner network.
After an order is placed, the Provider will contact the customer to confirm the delivery address and time. Deliveries are carried out via courier service within up to X business days, depending on the customer’s location.
The minimum amount for an online order is BGN 20.00.
4. PAYMENT AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Payment for ordered products may be made by cash on delivery or bank transfer.
The customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.
The costs for returning the product shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of the Provider.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
